Returns
Returns: If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 days to return your purchase. Returns are permitted for new, unworn merchandise only. You may not wear, alter, size or otherwise use the item you are returning.
Please return the item in the exact condition it was shipped to you with your receipt, item must still be sealed in original packaging. If there are any signs of wear, we will refuse the return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. There is no restocking fee. Please see below for return instructions.
Exchanges: If you wish to exchange an item for something else, we request that you return your purchase for a refund, and re-purchase at your convenience. Please see below for return instructions.
Defective Merchandise: In the case of a defective item, please contact us at contact@harborhabits.com and we will assist you with your return.
Return Instructions:
Please send your return to the below address using the carrier of your choice. We recommend you insure it against loss and use sufficient packing material to prevent damage in transit. We request that you obtain a signature on delivery, and keep a copy of the shipping label. The item is your responsibility until we verify it arrives at our facility. Note that a "delivery" notification from the shipping company is not sufficient, as they do mis-deliver packages. Only a signature from our staff, and a copy of the label, can be used for delivery proof and subsequent refund. Once the return is received, please allow 5 business days for the return to process.
